Colorado Chapter of the American Physical Therapy Association
The APTA Colorado Chapter is a professional, non-profit association composed of approximately 2,455 physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, and physical therapist/physical therapist assistant students. It is the mission of the APTA/Colorado Chapter to provide leadership in the identification and interpretation of trends and issues, communication, coordinated action, sharing of ideas and professional collegiality, and in the development and improvement of physical therapy education, practice and research.
Colorado Medical Society
Founded in 1871, the Colorado Medical Society (CMS) is the largest organization of physicians in Colorado, with over 7,500 members across all specialties and employment settings. Organized as a Colorado nonprofit 501(c)(6), corporation, CMS operates with 12 full-time staff with over 200 combined years of experience working for physicians in organized medicine.
